Office Visits
Acute/Sick visit (25 mins) $150
Cold, flu, COVID, sinus infection, UTI, pink eye, ear infection, cough, wound care/stitches
Physical with routine labs (50 mins) $300
Health check when you are feeling well
Consultation (50 mins) $300
Problem-focused visit. Labs may be an additional charge
Lactation visit (MD, CLC) (50 min) $30
Dr Taylor has additional training in lactation and holds the Certified Lactation Counselor credential from the Healthy Children Project Center for Breastfeeding.
Procedure-Focused Visits
Infant tongue tie release $175
Earwax removal $50
Toothache treatment with silver diamine fluoride $25/tooth
Joint injection with triamcinolone $50/joint
must bring documentation of osteoarthritis/degenerative change of joint
glenohumeral joint, subdeltoid bursa, AC joint, trochanteric bursa, tibiofemoral joint, patellofemoral joint, 1st carpometacarpal joint
Vitamin B12 shot $50 first time; $25 subsequent
must bring documentation of qualifying diagnosis and/or lab results
Ear crystal repositioning $75
