Non-Member Services
For a limited time, Grove Family Primary Care is offering medical services to non-members.
A one-time registration fee of $50 is added to the bill for the first visit only. This is waived if you pre-register online or have already been seen at this clinic.
There is a base charge for appointments; this is based on face-to-face time with the doctor.
Fees for additional itemized services may be due at the close of visit. (Link to charge sheet coming soon).
Payment is due at time of visit.
No form of insurance is needed or accepted.
Office Visits
Acute/Sick visit (25 mins) $150
Cold, flu, COVID, sinus infection, UTI, pink eye, ear infection, cough, wound care/stitches
Physical with routine labs (50 mins) $300
Health check when you are feeling well; intended for uninsured persons or for those with insurance but wanting a longer visit time. Insurance will not be billed.
Consultation (50 mins) $300
Problem-focused visit. Labs may be an additional charge.
