Membership Fees

We keep it simple and affordable.

Individual Membership

Enrollment Fee

$100

Enrollment fee is one-time and covers onboarding, medical records transfer, and your first visit.

If a member becomes a non-member for over a year, there will be a re-enrollment fee (priced same as an enrollment fee.)

For group enrollments, please inquire for group pricing.
